Greg Skipper threw a pr 68-3 to win the weight throw and move to 14th on the D1 list.

Chioma Amaechi of Cal won the weight throw with a best of 71-4 1/4 to move to 5th on the collegiate list.

In 10th in that race Micah Chelimo of Alaska Anchorage ran 13:47.73 to become the first D2 runner under 14:00.

The Men's race filled the national list as well as they took the top four spots on the national list as NC D1 XC champ Edward Cheserek of Oregon took the win and national lead at 13:40.51 ahead of Jared Ward of BYU 13:42.17 Luke Caldwell of New Mexico in 13:42.50 and Erik Olson in 13:42.56. Joe Bosshard of Colorado ran his first races in 2 years and finished in 13:43.21 for sixth and 7th on the D1 list.

Elinor Kirk of UAB ran a 15 second pr in 15:44.38 for #5 on the D1 list as the race re-set the depth of the national D1 5k list. Kroeger and Cuffe ran together in second and third in 15:53.35 and 15:53.95 for 8th and 9th on the D1 list as 1-9 in this race took up 9 spots between 5th and 15th on the D1 list
